Your answers are sent by a secure form to RomaniaRegist Ltd. in Bucharest. No document is uploaded on this page; a protected link follows after first contact. The form also sends technical context, such as your approximate location and browser. The privacy policy lists every category and why we collect it.

Frequently asked questions before you start

What happens after I send the form?

We review your enquiry and reply by email, at the address you entered. After you send the form, the page moves to a confirmation page, so you know it arrived. Documents are requested only after that first contact, through a protected link, never through the form.

Do I pay anything to send the form?

No. Sending the form charges nothing and does not commit you to anything. We give our prices on request once we know your case, and any state fee we quote on this site carries its source and year. Payment is a separate step, by invoice.

Do I need to upload my documents now?

No. The form takes no files. Once we have replied, we send a protected link for identity and company documents, and the table above lists what we ask for. Keeping documents out of the form means that no identity document is stored on this website.

Can I register a company from abroad?

Yes. Under art. 36(1) of Law 31/1990 (text of January 2024), the founders, the first administrators or an attorney of theirs may apply for registration, and we file under your power of attorney. The form does not need you to be in Romania. A bank sets its own rules for meeting you when it opens an account.
