Privacy Policy

How RomaniaRegist Ltd. uses the personal data collected through this website and its forms. Last updated 23 October 2026.

Who we are

RomaniaRegist Ltd. decides why and how the data described on this page is used, which makes it the controller. This policy covers personal data collected through this website: its forms, its cookies and analytics tools, and email sent to the address below.

What we collect

Two kinds of data reach us through this website: what you type into a form, and what the website records while you use it.

What you type into a form:

  • your name, your email address and, if you give them, your phone number and country of residence
  • details of the company you want to set up and the services you ask about
  • the text of your message
  • the reference of a ready-made company, if you reach the form from its Request button
  • on the payment form, the invoice reference, your name, the amount and the payment method you choose

What the website records: technical data that comes with every visit, the context the forms add to your enquiry (listed in the next section), and, only if you accept analytics, the data the analytics tools collect.

Context sent with every form

Every form on this site sends technical context with your enquiry: the contact form, the home page enquiry, the registration form, the ready-made company request and the payment form. We use it to answer you well and to tell real enquiries from spam. The context is:

  • your IP address
  • your city-level location
  • your network, meaning the internet service provider or network operator your connection comes from
  • your browser and its language setting
  • the referrer, which is the page or search result that led you here
  • the path through the site, meaning the pages you viewed before writing
  • your visit number, which is how many times you have visited
  • your time on page, which is how long you spent there before sending
  • your device and viewport, meaning your screen and window size
  • your cookie-consent state, which is whether you accepted or refused cookies
  • the analytics identifier, only where you accepted analytics

Our legal basis for using this context is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and in telling spam from enquiries. We keep the context with the enquiry email, and for as long as we keep that email. The contents of your cookies are never sent with an enquiry.

What we collect when you browse

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity run only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Nothing from them loads before you choose, and Clarity masks the values you type on form pages. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts page views without setting cookies. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you press its button; until then your browser makes no request to Google. The cookie policy describes the cookies and tools in more depth.

Why we use your data and on what basis

Answering your enquiry. We use your details to reply and, if you ask about a service, to prepare it. The basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying.

Taking a payment. On the payment form we use the invoice reference, your name and your email address to match the payment to your invoice. The basis is the contract with you.

Protecting the forms. A hidden honeypot field, Cloudflare Turnstile and a rate limit stop spam and abuse of the forms. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the forms working and in telling spam from enquiries.

Measuring the site. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity run on your consent. Ahrefs Web Analytics sets no cookies and reads only aggregated page-view data; we run it on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.

Legal duties. Some of our services are regulated activities under Romanian anti-money-laundering law. Where that law obliges us to identify a client or keep a record, or an authority lawfully asks us for data, we use the data for that reason.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry, with the context sent with it, for as long as we need it to answer you and to carry out any work you ask for. Where a law requires us to keep a record, we keep it for the time that law sets. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity keep their data for the period set in each tool's own settings. When we no longer need your data, we delete it.
